La Tagliata
The restaurant was established in 1992 in Serrungarina, Marche, thanks to Rita and Maurizio, who opened a small piadineria and pizzeria. With time, the menu was enriched with meat specialities, becoming a reference point for those seeking authentic and genuine flavours.
Today it is their children, Matteo and Francesca, who carry on the family tradition. Matteo introduces innovative proposals that combine tradition and modernity, while Francesca is dedicated to traditional cuisine, from homemade desserts to fresh pasta.
Each dish is a tribute to the family heritage, prepared with the same passion and love as in the past.
