It is probably the best typical meat restaurant near Fano that carries with it not only the legacy of typical Marche recipes and aromas but also a portion of life that the inhabitants of this area remember with nostalgia.
Before the war, the Pantalin meat restaurant was a bivouac for the carts that travelled through the town, which in later years became a refined trattoria (but was still a cheap eatery) to offer refreshment to travellers travelling along the Flaminian Way.
