Valle del Metauro Restaurant
Located within the Metauro Valley Country House, the restaurant enhances the gastronomic tradition of the Marche region with authentic dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The menu, which is seasonal, features homemade pasta, ancient legumes, selected meats and typical cheeses, including cappelletti with peas ragout, gnocchi with gorgonzola, turmeric and walnuts, and spelt tagliatelle with chickpeas and smoked scamorza cheese.
The setting is intimate and rustic, with a cozy indoor room and an outdoor space surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxed lunches, informal dinners or special occasions. Also open to outside guests, the restaurant offers a genuine experience of real flavors, family atmosphere and love for the land.
