The restaurant, near Fano, on the hill, enjoys a wonderful view and, thanks to its enchanting location, you will gaze out over the Metauro valley all the way to the sea.

The restaurant “by Luisa” also known “by the two sisters” is located in the historic centre, in one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy and the Marche:

And it is precisely in this magical village (in the municipality of Colli al Metauro), where time seems to have stood still, that the story of Mrs. Luisa began 60 years ago.
Luisa was the village cook, the one who managed to enhance the flavors and aromas of local products.
His cuisine was known and appreciated throughout the province of Fano, for its ability to give food a unique flavor, customizing traditional recipes from the Marche region (from vincisgrassi to tagliatelle, from rabbit in porchetta to duck, to grilled fish, to name a few) and offering them in his restaurant.
When diners asked her what the secret of her kitchen was, Luisa simply replied:

“But what secret! I only use typical products from the Marche region, the ones my homeland offers me, and I cook them with two ingredients: love and a lot of passion.”

Today, the two sisters Giovanna and Stefania retain the same passion as their mother Luisa, offering diners at the restaurant, trattoria, dishes from traditional Marche recipes.
